We’re looking for proactive individual with excellent attention to detail to join our service hub as a Monitoring Co-Ordinator. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and actioning signals received from intruder alarms, fire alarms and CCTV systems.
You will be working with Trinity colleagues and customers nationwide to solve queries, apply for new monitoring accounts, maintain existing accounts and monitoring records.
This role can be home or office based. Ideal locations would be close to our Abingdon office (OX14 1RL) or in the North of England. Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
What will you be doing:
Complete daily, weekly and monthly checks of monitored accounts using portals
Record information within Alarm / CCTV and other monitored operations
Regularly liaise with Trinity colleagues, clients, the emergency services and other services as part of the monitoring duties.
Maintain and update various logs
