Trinity Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Operations across the South of England. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll drive operational performance, foster team excellence, and ensure our regional teams deliver the Trinity’s high-quality standards.
This role is ideal for an experienced people manager in the Fire & Security industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The role of Service Manager
As a Service Manager at Trinity, you will have full accountability for all service-related operations in the region. You’ll lead, support, and develop a team of Regional Engineering Managers and their engineering teams, ensuring efficient delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
The key responsibilities are:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to Regional Engineering Managers, ensuring effective management of their teams and service delivery to the highest standards.
- Drive operational performance across the region, with a focus on labour productivity, financial results (P&L), health & safety, and adherence to key KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Desk to ensure seamless communication and job allocation.
- Take ownership of all service escalations within the region, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Work cross-functionally with Trinity’s wider support teams to optimise engineer utilisation, compliance, and service outcomes.
- Monitor, analyse, and respond to daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports, ensuring continuous improvement and performance tracking.

- Extensive experience in the Fire & Security industry, with a deep understanding of technical systems, service operations, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership track record, managing multi-disciplinary service teams and engineering managers across a region or large territory.
- A commercial mindset, with strong experience managing regional P&L, resource planning, and operational targets.
- Customer-focused approach, committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to leadership.
