Trinity Fire & Security Systems, part of the PTSG Group, have been delivering businesses industry leading services in the Fire and Security industry for over 28 years. As we continue our growth into 2025, we are looking to strengthen our Heathrow based team with the addition of a CAD Engineer.

The role of CAD Engineer

As a CAD Engineer at Trinity, you will produce 3D and 2D CAD drawings for fire system installation projects at Heathrow airport. The role involves taking ownership of project design work from inception to completion. This work is to be carried out in line with the Company’s quality and customer service standards for Fire Detection and PA/VA.

The key tasks include the following:

• Production of 3D and 2D CAD drawing models in accordance with Trinity’s and the client standards.
• Ownership and full accountability for all drawings required throughout the project life cycle, from inception to completion.
• To carry out BIM related duties to Trinity’s quality standards.
• To produce drawings and models in accordance with specified deadlines, utilising information provided by the engineering and project team.
• To collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in 3D CAD, working with AutoCAD and Revit software’s.
• Deep technical expertise, working on 3D CAD projects in the MEP, FM & BIM field.
• Commercial knowledge, with experience producing designs for commercial spaces.
