Contract Manager
Trinity Fire & Security Systems, part of the PTSG Group, have been delivering businesses industry leading services in the Fire and Security industry for over 25 years. As we continue our growth into 2025, we are looking to strengthen our Service team with the addition of a Contract Manager.
The role of Contract Manager
As a Contract Manager at Trinity, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing key client projects from start to finish. Working within our dynamic Service department, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of a variety of projects, covering everything from design and estimating to site surveys, project management, forecasting, invoicing, and completion documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Optimize Project Delivery: Take charge of all contract activities and develop strategies to maximize both profitability and successful project delivery.
- Drive Commercial Excellence: Oversee all commercial aspects of allocated projects and participate in reviews to ensure alignment with goals.
- Resource Planning & Coordination: Manage the scheduling of service engineers and identify any resource gaps, implementing solutions to ensure the successful completion of contracts.
- Enhance Team Collaboration: Advise on the necessary structural adjustments to ensure contract success and added value.
- Champion Trinity's Values: Act as an ambassador for Trinity, promoting our core values and behaviours both within the team and with external stakeholders.

- Strong Organizational & Prioritization Skills: You excel at managing multiple workloads and projects simultaneously, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met with precision.
- Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of commercial principles, with experience working with NEC contracts to ensure project success and profitability.
